2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  4. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s web site;

  6. transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.
  7. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Company at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Disclaimer

9. Refund Policy

At Educator's Exit, we are committed to providing our students with valuable and transformative educational experiences. We understand that not every student may find our course suitable for their needs, and we want to ensure our refund policy is fair and transparent. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your eligibility for a refund.

60-Day Refund Policy:

If you have not landed a client within 60 days of fully completing the course, you can request a refund. To be eligible for a refund under this policy, you must provide proof that you have completed the course and actively engaged with its content. Please note that instructors have access to course progress for each student as well. The following criteria must be met:

a. Completion of Course Content:

  • You must have completed all sections and lessons of the course.

b. Completion of Worksheets and Action Steps:

  • You must have filled out and submitted all worksheets and action steps provided in the course.

c. Implementation of Suggested Steps:

  • You must be able to demonstrate that you have made a genuine effort to apply the suggested steps and strategies taught in the course, such as, for example, getting professional pictures taken, purchasing your domain name, and implementing social media strategies, among others.

d. Outreach to Potential Clients:

  • You must provide evidence of having reached out to at least five potential clients as a part of your transition to becoming a virtual assistant.

3. Refund Request Procedure:

To request a refund under the 60-Day Refund Policy, you will be required to complete a refund request form. This form will include a section where you can upload the necessary proof of your course completion and your attempts to benefit from the course as described in the criteria above.

4. Refund Request Window:

This refund must be requested within 120 days of purchasing the course. Therefore, if the course has not been completed within 120 days of purchasing, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

5. Request Limit

Students are entitled to a maximum of two refund requests, both of which must be submitted within the 120-day purchase window from the original date of purchase. It is important to note that inaccuracies in the completion of the request form will still be considered as one formal request.

6. Refund Processing:

Once we receive your refund request and review the provided documentation, we will process your request within 30 days. If your request is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Transaction fees are not included in this refund.

Please note that our refund policies are in place to encourage our students to actively engage with the course content and give it a fair chance for success. We retain the authority to decline a refund should the submitted request fail to align with the criteria stipulated in this policy or deviate from our expectations regarding the commitment to successfully complete the course and strive for optimal performance.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding our refund policy or the refund process, please feel free to contact our customer support team at [email protected].

10. Feedback Policy

At Educator's Exit, we promote a positive learning environment and value constructive feedback. While we encourage open communication, we expect students to express concerns or criticisms directly to our support team or instructor. Sharing negative information about the course on any media, including social platforms, in a derogatory or inappropriate manner, may harm the learning experience for others. Therefore, we reserve the right to remove any student who violates this policy without providing a refund. Addressing concerns privately allows for a more constructive resolution, benefiting all students and our educational community.

11. Facebook Community

We are committed to fostering a respectful and inclusive Facebook community for all our students. We encourage open and constructive discussions, where every member is treated with courtesy and dignity. We expect all community members to engage in conversations with respect for differing opinions, backgrounds, and experiences. Disparaging, offensive, or inappropriate comments will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to moderate or remove content that violates this policy. Furthermore, we retain the right to remove members from the Facebook group, and potentially the course, who do not adhere to these guidelines, as this ensures a supportive and positive online space for everyone to learn and grow together.
